Mold Remediation - Wayne MI

WEFM was contracted to do a mold remediation at a retail store in Wayne, MI. As usual, a little bit of black growth was noticed by employees in their stock room. That's what most people think, it's just a little spot. Once our negative pressure containment was built we suited up and headed in. We tore into the wall and found approximately 10x what was visible on the outside. Per standard practice, we continued to remove impacted drywall until it appeared clear. The remaining structure was treated with a heavy duty antimicrobial solution and the entire containment was fogged with a second antimicrobial. Yep, that should do it!

Just a word to the wise, if you see a little bit of suspected mold, there's likely much more lurking in the walls.
