Mold Remediation Closed Auto Sales Building - Wickliffe, OH

WEFM was contacted to do an inspection at a closed building previously used for used car sales. We determined that roof leaks along one wall had contributed to extensive growth on interior walls including two corner offices, a conference room and both restrooms. Based on the building layout, we decided to treat each room as a separate remediation and went to work setting up negative containments. Contents were discarded and drywall was removed as needed, structural components were treated with an industrial strength antimicrobial, carpets were steam cleaned and each area fogged with another antimicrobial. As a precaution, unaffected areas were also fogged with an antimicrobial and ceramic floors were all mopped with an industrial cleaner. The owners were more than happy with the results!
