Mold Inspection - Swanton, OH

Wells Environmental performed a mold inspection at this retail store in late December. The employees had located what they believed to be black mold under some of the shelving units along the outside wall of the store. Air testing confirmed higher levels of mold inside the store than out. This is indicative of a problem. Upon digging, WEFM located several areas of growth beneath the shelving units on the outer wall. We always take a two-sided approach to mold inspections: 1) how bad is it? and 2) what caused it? We determined a majority of the outer wall had been impacted and the water was getting through gaps in the wall due to missing mortar. If you have a problem, call us.
