Mold Remediation - Napoleon, OH

Wells Environmental performed a mold inspection at this retail store in early December. A couple weeks later we received the nod to go ahead with the remediation. Upon arriving on site, it was apparent that someone had decided to take the remediation into their own hands. The previously impacted drywall was no longer there. According to store employees, "someone" had removed "all of the moldy drywall." However, they had missed quite a bit. WEFM got to work performing an actual remediation. Several spots of mold were identified and removed under negative pressure. While we can appreciate "someone's" effort, this is best left to trained professionals. Trying to remove mold without the proper equipment, training and know-how can actually create a BIGGER problem. If the mold spores are disrupted they will spread to other areas. It's always best to leave this to professionals like WEFM.
