Wells Environmental was contracted to perform a mold remediation at a retail store. Mold growth was visible emanating from every HVAC diffuser throughout the store. While working after hours, WEFM removed all of the diffusers and cold air returns, treated them with an antifungal solution, hand scrubbed the insides and outsides of all of them, sprayed them with an encapsulant and replaced them.
