Wells Environmental was asked to perform a mold remediation at a residential home that was soon to be put on the market. Visible mold growth was seen throughout the basement on the wood floor joists, wood paneling and counter tops. WEFM treated all of them with an antifungal solution, hand scrubbed every square inch of the area and sprayed them with an encapsulant to lock down anything that thought it could hide. For good measure, we then fogged the entire basement with a second antifungal aerosol. We know we do the job right but as proof we ran air clearance samples to quantify our success.
