Mold Inspection/Remediation - Northwood, OH
Wells Environmental was contacted by a local customer that remodels homes for advice on how to handle the visible mold throughout the basement. This particular home had fallen victim to a fire which presented its own challenges. Working with the owner, we were able to devise a plan and put together a timeline that worked for both of us. First and foremost, we needed to stop the water intrusion which was somewhat difficult given that the roof was missing. Once the house was secure, WEFM treated the wood structure and fogged the basement with an anti-microbial. The house was ready to be put back together and was turned over to the client.
