Mold Inspection - Akron, OH
Wells Environmental visited a day care in the greater Akron, OH area to do a mold investigation. The management informed us that water had come under an exterior door into the classroom several times this year. While no visible mold was located, temperature and humidity readings indicated there may be an ongoing issue. Air sampling was conducted inside and out which indicated high levels of growth throughout the basement. Our investigation tipped off management that there was indeed a problem despite their best efforts at drying the area and likely saved bigger issues in the future. When in doubt, have us out!
