Residential Asbestos Inspection - Toledo, OH
Wells Environmental was contacted by a potential home buyer to inspect a residential home, built in the 1940s, for asbestos following an accepted offer. Homes of this age commonly have asbestos in them and this one was no exception. We did a limited inspection of readily accessible areas and found asbestos tile and some insulation around the chimney to be positive. We informed the potential buyer of the results and provided them with a bid for removal. This bid was presented to the current home owner and the price was lowered to accommodate the asbestos abatement, saving the buyer dollars on the penny.
