Mold Inspection - Toledo, OH
Wells Environmental was asked to do a mold inspection at an older home located near Ottawa Hills in Toledo. This home was built in 1928 and, in its heyday, was obviously something to behold. The house has been vacant for quite some time and has developed some water intrusion issues. The basement and underground garage have developed mold growth throughout on the ceilings. We discovered mold on all four floors of the home, a majority of it hidden behind walls. Since the home is over 90 years old, the potential for asbestos containing materials is relatively high.
