Asbestos Inspection - Monroe, MI
Wells Environmental was asked to do asbestos and lead inspections at an auto parts store that was set for demolition. All of the paint, inside and out, was examined using an X-ray Fluorescence machine that delivers immediate results. The entire building was examined for potential asbestos containing material (ACM) and samples of tile, drywall and insulation were collected. The building was found to be both lead and asbestos free and the client could safely demolish the building without fear of contaminating the surrounding properties.
