Mold Remediation and Replacement - Hales Corners, WI
If you're wondering, yes we do travel far and wide. Wells Environmental was asked to do a mold remediation at a large retail store in Hales Corner, WI. Upon arrival, we quickly located the active growth in the office area. Upon further inspection it was noted that the inside of the wall was heavily impacted. The walls were treated and the drywall removed to the point of clean drywall. The metal studs were treated, the drywall replaced and painted to match the existing color. All of this was accomplished within a few hours. In addition, active growth was located around the seals to the walk-in cooler. All of this was treated and cleaned. We also identified the source of the water intrusion. . . an air leak between the cooler and the inner wall due to a poor silicone bead between the two.
