Mold Remediation - Toledo, OH
Wells Environmental was contacted to perform a mold remediation on a foreclosed home that had sat vacant for quite some time. A busted pipe in an upstairs bathroom had saturated the living room and dining room ceilings below. Mold was visible on the ceiling and the wood flooring had buckled due to the moisture. Damage extended into the basement where drywall was heavily impacted. We removed all of the impacted materials under negative pressure and treated all remaining wood throughout. Following remediation, clearance samples were collected and analyzed by an accredited laboratory demonstrating the house was clear of mold. Any company willing to do remediation should be willing to prove they have done the job right with clearance sampling!
