Asbestos Inspection - Monroe, MI
Wells Environmental was contacted to perform an asbestos inspection on a commercial property built in the early 1900's. The new owner was planning renovations to repurpose the building in to residential apartments. We surveyed the building and located several positive materials including window glazing, floor tile and boiler insulation. Wells Environmental worked with the owner to develop a plan for abatement, taking into consideration the renovation plans and the intended use of individual areas of the building.
